For a better understanding of grants, our process, and our successes

What types of grants do you write

In our grant writing endeavors, we primarily concentrate on securing Federal and State Department of Education grants. These grants are pivotal in supporting various programs, including Out of School Time initiatives like the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center, which funds after-school and summer programs.

Additionally, we pursue grants for career and technology programs, equipment procurement, Dual Language Immersion, cafeteria equipment upgrades, blended learning initiatives, STEAM programs, and various other educational endeavors. Our focus for nonprofit organizations is on crafting compelling proposals for foundation grants.

Who do you write grants for?

We are experts in crafting grant proposals for school districts nationwide, focusing on districts in Texas, Colorado, California, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Arizona, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Arkansas. Our proficiency extends to developing grant applications for nonprofit organizations across the United States, especially those dedicated to serving high-need populations with impactful programs. You can trust our extensive experience and knowledge in this field.

What services do you offer?

At Quality Assured Grant Consulting, we don't just stop at traditional grant writing. We fully immerse ourselves in your school district or organization, offering a range of services that start with thorough grant research to identify funding opportunities, leading to expert grant writing. Our commitment to your success is unwavering, as we provide ongoing support, assist with funder reports, navigate compliance issues, manage budgets, facilitate site visits and evaluations, handle continuation requests, and much more.

How much do you charge to write a grant?

We usually offer a no-risk grant writing service for school district grants - "No fee unless you win." This means we will conduct the necessary research and write the grant proposal at no upfront cost to the district. Our commitment is to provide you with the best possible grant application, and we only assess a fee if the grant is successfully awarded. This fee typically amounts to less than 8% of the grant award.

It covers services such as grant management, local evaluation support, assistance with continuations, suggestions for ongoing improvement, and other related services. In most cases, these fees can be paid for through grant funding. Our goal is to support your staff in effectively managing the grant process. In certain cases, we may extend a similar no-risk option to our nonprofit clients.

What is your success rate?

Our track record in assisting school districts has been exceptionally successful. Our success rate for securing State Department of Education grants in numerous states is about 75% - meaning 3 out of 4 grants we write are awarded. Our specialty is after-school programs and OST programs for school districts, where we have closer to an 85% success rate. Nonprofit success rates are typically lower.

How much funding have you been awarded for your clients?

We have assisted numerous school district clients in securing more than $35 million in grant funding since early 2023.
